What Causes A Hole Above The Anus Near Tailbone?

I have a hole above my anus and i don't know how to describe it but its right above my anus and between my butt cheeks and at like my tailbone area, I thought it was just a cut but it hasn't healed or anything. I've been reading up on this kind of thing but I have no idea what to do. Is there a solution without surgery by chance?
