General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It may be due to specific pressure change s in the internal ear. Please see a clinician otolaryngologist for evaluation and management. He will examine your ear by an otoscope.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
