What Causes A Indent Leading To Pain In Lower Shin?

There is a sort of indent or dimple on my lower shin, its been there for a few years, I think it s from falling up the stairs. but yesterday it started to hurt and now the indent is visible, whereas before I could only feel it. I am a cheerleader and I tumble 3-4 times a week. should I be worried?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, of course this is to be investigated properly as it is the history of accident injury and this can not be taken as granted, fracture part need to be ruled out, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
