General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest to treat a Bartholin’s cyst, which can lead to an abscess, I recommend soaking in three or four sitz baths a day, for at least 10 to 15 minutes each. Use a mix of tea tree and castor oil as a topical ointment on the abscess may promote drainage. If you don't feel better you should take an appointment with Doctor to drainage the abscess and take antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
