What Causes A Itchy Red Bump At The Base Of My Neck?

Two days ago my neck was bumpy, red and very itchy. Also my ear. I also felt what I believe to be an enlarged lymph node on the base of my skull (just speaking from experience). Previously thought it was due to dying my hair- but it has been weeks. Still some itching and bump has not gone away. Any ideas?

Hi, Thanks for choosing HCM,
No doubt, It is CONTACT DERMATITIS.
Due to contact allergens like wearing artificial ornaments, dyes and scent spray.
1) Tab Levocetrizine daily night.
2) Application of Betamethasone and gentamycin cream.
3) Tab Betamethasone daily morning.
give good result.
