I dont think you should be concerned just yet. Many times this may just be a normal congenital variant. In other words, it may be dilated and big, but it may e normal for you, and you may in fact have it since birth.
I wont attribute your symptoms to it just yet. I will however suggest testing KFT, Vitamin D and
DTPA scan.
These will tell us more about the status of the kidney
