What Causes A Knot On The Top Right Side Of The Head?
I have a knot on the top of my head on the right side, just noticed it within the past few weeks, hasn t bothered me, should I be concerned? I have had a knot come up on the back of my head before that is very tender, but usually when I have sinus issues, but usually goes away within a week, but this hasn t.

Concerning your experience with a painless knot at the top right side of your head following a previous history of such episode at the back of your head i will suggest you have developed a folliculitis
So long as it does not cause any pain or discomfort I will advise you should not bother for it is going to resolve spontaneously
