What Causes A Large Bump On The Shin Caused After Injury?
I got hit in the shin a couple weeks ago and still have a large bump. You can see it on my skin but there is no discoloration. It hasn t bothered me until I began running on it more and the bump won t go away no matter how much I ice it. Any treatment options other than a doctor visit?

You may well manage without visiting the doctor. Take anti inflammatory and healer, pure herbal curcumin powder 1/2 tsp BD in a cup or glass of warm milk or water.
May also locally paint this powder, mixed in warm oil or clarified butter, over the bump at night. It will stain the fabric...so wear accordingly.
The powder is highly effective, tasteless and without side effects.
