What Causes A Large Lump At Bottom Of Head Leading To Pain?

Hi about 3 weeks ago I had a large lump on the bottom of my head the lump has now gone but has left me with dreadful pains in my head every time I move my head, this has been going on for nearly 2 weeks and is getting worse, pain killer are not relieving the pain now.

it can be infected lymph gland. needs examination by doctor. if there is sign of infection then a course of antibiotic like inject able penicillin can be taken.
