General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with large scap at your buttock with associated red dots on your thigh I will suggest you have developed a bacteria skin infection called impetigo

In view of this please do a blood culture and take any of the following Tablet nurofen Tablet ceporex ciprofloxacin injection ceftriaxone
If no improvement schedule an appointment with a dermatologist specialist for expert management

I hope this helps Regards
