What Causes A Large Tissue Drainage During Menstruation?

I will be 50 next month and feel like I m falling apart. I have not had my menstrual period this month, I had a ball like thing coming out of my vaginal area of which I was told could be my bladder falling, I have had weight gain, nausea and loss of energy
