What Causes A Larger Right Pupil Than The Left In Patient With TMJ?

I ve noticed my right pupil is slightly larger then my left pupil but they both dilate fine, and i notice it when in a room with dull lighting. I have been diagnosed with TMJ and bad neck tension. I get head pains from tmj and neck, but nothing excruciating. I have suffer from hay fever. In the eye that is more dilated I have worse eyesight and have since I was a kid, but only noticed the size different

it is mydriatic effect of pupil. can be rffect of some drugs and aplication of atropine ointment some time back it takes time to become normal can apply pilocarpine eye drop.
