What Causes A Lesion On The Foreskin Of The Penis After Oral Sex?

hi dr after receiving oral from my partner I ended up with a lesion on my foreskin thinking the foreskin was damaged by teeth after 7 days didn t heal (swab of lesion) revealed low grade CT my partner has had blood test and he is negative as we are both in a monogamist relationship of 10 months also having tests at the start of the relationship being negative. would u have any answer? best regards

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What problems you are experiencing on the penis following oral sex is due to infection of the skin as a result of poor hygiene and mechanical injuries.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Wash the area with antiseptic solution like Povidine-iodine twice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream.
3. Wear loose fitting undergarments to provide proper ventilation and avoiding friction.
4. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesions heal completely.
5. Maintain good personal hygiene of yourself and your partner next time while indulging in such activities.
