What Causes A Light Headed Feeling With History Of Diabetes?
I been recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes(2 months),which i control with a diet. My blood sugar levels generally are between 4.8-7.5. My question: Why do i feel light headed sometimes? It is incredibly frustrating as i am a very active person, now i feel limited.

in my opinion the symptoms you mentions resembles closely a condition called hypoglycemia.
i suggest you to check the level of blood sugar during light headedness.
this a common symptom experienced by patients during their early days of treatment especially if they delay or skip a meal.
it could have been a great to analyse you better if treatment details are given.
its worth ruling out the hypoglycemia since is most common.
