General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management topical steroids like triamcinolone can be applied. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
