What Causes A Lump Around The Vaginal Opening?

Hello, I have recently had protected sex for the first time and two days later noticed a lump around my vulva, just by the opening to vagina, around the size of a pea but it is hard and just a little, but too bad, tender to touch but can t tell if this is just from friction on it during sex if it was there the most recent time we had sex. Along with this I also have experienced thicker yellowish discharge which is abnormal for me. Please help I am 16 and just wondering what this is. Thank you!

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. It can be due to some vaginal infection. Get a pelvic examination done. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. The swelling can be due to folliculitis. Antibiotics may be helpful.
