What Causes A Lump At The Back Of The Anus?

I just notice a this past week when I had a bowl movement, when cleaning I felt a small lump after cleaning I used a tissue to touch it it is soft and does not hurt. It is about the size of a small grape or 1/4 or little bigger in diameter. It goes away by just pushing down on it, no pain.
