What Causes A Lump At The Circumcision Site In A Child?

Hi My son aged 6 ,has just undergone a full circumcision its been 19 days. His switches are almost getting off ,but we just noticed a lump on the left side of the penis close to the switches ,is it something to worry ? The lump is slightly hard on pressing its a size of a pea and looks red around it.
