My granddaughter is 6 years old and just had oral surgery to remove her six year molar because of a cyst or tumor--we have not found out yet--and Tuesday she complained about a knot on the back of her neck. It is tender to the touch and is about the size of a quarter. What could this be? Could it be related to her surgery?
