Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have an internal lump ( large marble size), just to the left if my clitoris. It is not painful and I basically don t even notice it. I am 53 and a breast cancer survivor (diagnosed in 2014, triple negative). I m assuming its a cyst but obviously after cancer its concerning. My family GP does not manage women s issues. Which leaves me contemplating seeing a new doctor which I m not thrilled with.
It might be best to have the lump checked with a gynecologist and rule out tumors of the vulva. Sometimes the doctor might need to remove the lump and have a biopsy of it to know for sure the origin and the clinical importance of it.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
General & Family Physician
