What Causes A Lump Between The Anus And Testicles?

I have a lump between my anus and testicle. It is about the size of a pea and it seems to be attached to the skin layer. It does not hurt, unless I squeeze it hard. When I squeeze it long enough it sometimes weeps clear liquid. I have had it for about 4 months. It has gotten larger. Should I go to a doctor?
