What Causes A Lump Between The Eyes And The Bridge Of The Nose?

I am a 24 year old male. 5 10, 225lbs. I have a clear medication background. I noticed a lump between my eye and the bridge of my nose. It s hard, and moves when I touch it. It s creating swelling under my eye and is becoming uncomfortable with pressure. Any ideas?

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of lump between the eyes and the bridge of the nose . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like HEMATOMA formation , foliculitis . The lump is due to accumulation of the inflammatory cells, overgrown fibrous tissue and at times the Hematoma gets encapsulated and there is formation of a lump. You need not to worry as it will resolve . You can do alternate hot and cold packs over the knot and bruising..
Apply Thrombophob gel over the knot and bruised area but keep away from eye and apply only after patch test. If it persist then consult general surgeon for proper examination and treatment .
