What Causes A Lump In The Arm Pit And Breast Pain?
Hello, I have a concern that my girlfriend may have breast cancer or it may be something else but we are not sure. She has a hard ball under the armpit and she feels pain all around it and pain on one of her breast, does this has to do with anything with breast cancer or is it something differente?

Hi,
This may not be breast cancer. This swollen region around the armpit may be a swollen lymph node. I would suggest you to have a course of antibiotics (amoxycillin 500) for 7 days. See if the size of lump reduces or not and then a fine needle aspiration surgery may be required.
