What Causes A Lump In The Neck With History Of Breast Cancer?

My daughter has been on remission from inflammatory breast cancer stage 3b . Has developed a lump on her neck that seems to be growing extremely fast. Reaching her ear now. Waiting for a scan. What can it be? Hoping for lymph node swollen due to a small infection?
