Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

As you explain the situation you should also do an ultrasound of the breast. Cysts are painful meanwhile adenomas or cancers do not hurt. However, as you explain I don't think this is related to the breast. Consult your doctor and do an ECG.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jnikolla, Pulmonologist
