Hello sir, I m an unmarried person feeling small node in my testicals Nt having any problem with it means no pain nd and all. But I want to know is there any problem with it. And also getting erection problem sometimes it gets hard enough and some times not please help

Lumps in the testicles need to be examined by your doctor or urologist.
What you prescribe seems to be a varicocele, a varicose vein that affects sperm production and erection.
I would recommend you to see a doctor.
