What Causes A Lump In The Throat And Acid Reflux?

its been 3 weeks since I am being treated for a lump in my throat and symptoms of acid reflux and I don t feel any better. do I need to get a heart evaluation as my blood pressure was up and down and cholesterol is mildly elevated. What is going on with me?

Severe acid reflux can cause a feeling of a lump in the throat.

As a first line management, you can try antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.
