What Causes A Lump In The Throat With Constant Feeling Of Nausea?
I m insanely terrified of throwing up and about two hours after I ate, I got a lump in my throat and a feeling like I m gonna vomit. Is there anything I can to to not throw up and feel better? It s 1:45 am and I have school at 7 so I really need some help here
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of lump in the throat with constant feeling of nausea which occurs due to condition known as 'Globus pharyngis' . The lump feeling in throat that is globus pharyngis is often caused by inflammation of one or more parts of the throat, such as the larynx or hypopharynx, due to Cricopharyngeal Spasm, gastroesophageal reflux (GERD), Laryngopharyngeal reflux also known as silent reflux. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order X-ray , swab test ,blood test or CT scan of that par to find out the exact cause. Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxants , antibiotics or medicines to decrease acidity due to reflux like ranitidine and omeprazole .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
