What Causes A Lump In The Vagina?

hi, i know this is discussing but i was fellling around inside of me nd i felt like a lump and then it was moving and i pulled out like what i can only describe as fluff out covered in blood i have just recently came off my period and i use tampons could it be a bit of a tampon or something please help i am really worried what can i do?
