What Causes A Lump Inside Anus?

Hi doc, I undertand this may be quite obscure, but i'm very worried. So the earlier i was... discovering my body, and i found anal masturbation. So when I was doing it I discovered a little hard grisle like lump and i quickly removed my finger because of fear. I doubt it's a hemorriod because I have NEVER shown any signs. Any help will do, thanks.
