What Causes A Lump Inside The Vagina Post A Ovarian Surgery?

I have a lump inside of my vagina about the size of a walnut, it has effected being able to have intercourse with my husband, I am 32 yrs.old and have had several surgeries for large ovarian cyst and lysis of adhesions. Do you have any thoughts on what this could be? I am 5"1 and weigh 130 pounds...thanks
