What Causes A Lump On A Dog Bite Scar Indicate?

Hi,I am a friend of a 48yr old female.She had a breast augmentation back in 1996.She got bitten by a dog about 6mos.ago on her left breast right under the areola part of her breast.She needed stitches and did not get them,it left about the size of a half dollar coin scar. It has not shown or given her any problems,until about 2wks ago .She began to notice that her breast was starting to get larger than her right one and on the scar from the dog bite is what feels to be a small knot.Then right above or more like on the very edge of it is two small feeling more like bumps,rather than knots on her breast.She is insisting that it is some type of algae infestation.To me and as for my own opinion from looking at it on the outside of the skin and it does not look infected from the outside.There is no signs of redness around it,but she is or has convinced her self that she has all these different types of parasites.Don t get me wrong there is something definitely wrong but she s not complaining of any pain in her breast.she does complain about being dizzy quit often and shes been really tired or maybe its moreless alot of weakness.Would you please give us your opinion on what this maybe.If it would help you out she doesn t mind sending a picture for you to possibly compare or give her a better diagnostic
