General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a boil which is a bacterial infection. I recommend using warm compresses for local application. I also suggest to clean the area with hydrogen peroxide and cover it with an antibiotic cream such as Bacitracin cream. I suggest to maintain a good hygiene to prevent further infections.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
