What Causes A Lump On Left Side Of Lower Back?

About a week and a half ago I fell straight onto my basement steps pretty hard on my back. I didn t have any noticeable bruising but I was extremely sore and tender for several days. I hit on my lower back the hardest and am still feeling pain there. My lower spine is still tender to the touch even now. Also, I just noticed today that I have a lump on the left side of my spine on my lower back where I hit the hardest. What could this be?

Thank you for your contact to HCM. It seems you have Furuncles are a bacterial or fungal infections of a hair follicle, bodRSA (methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus) is a type of staphylococcus bacteria (staph) that is resistant to beta-lactam antibiotics. MRSA is contagious. I suggest-
-Apply iodine
-Apply 1% Cloramphenicol ointment 2 times for 5 days
-For increasing immunity take Revital or Zincovit 1 tablet 1 time for 1 month
-Use antibacterial soap(Dettol)
Regards
Wishing you a good health!
