What Causes A Lump On My Clitoris?

I have had a lump on my clitoris for years (was molested heavily) and it has never hurt until now. It is painful and very sensative and was bleeding a bit. what should I do? it is a little bit larger than a pea and the skin is stretched across it, it is white in color.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to Bartholini cyst. I suggest soaking in warm water and using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. If the symptoms continue, antibiotics may be needed. In this case I recommend Amoxicillin three times a day for a week.
