Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

What is the approximate size and how long it is there? Any history of trauma there? If it is there for long, like years, and no much progressive enlargement or pain, this unlikely to be something serious like cancer. Usually, radiologist will be able to mention few possibilities considering your age, the appearance on X-ray and medical history.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
