Hello and welcome to HCM,
A lump on right side of testis can be due to testicular swelling or lump arising from surrounding structures like epididymis.
Testicular swelling can occur due to accumulation of fluid around testis or due to testicular enlargement.
An ultrasound of testis is required to determine the site and cause of testicular enlargement.
Surrounding structures like epididymis can develop infection or cyst which can lead to testicular enlargement.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your surgeon for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
