What Causes A Lump On Scalp And A Bump On Ear?

Hi, I have have many things go wrong in the last few weeks and they are all above my neck. I noticed 2 lumps in the lower right corner of my scalp a little bigger than quarter size, at the base of my neck and have seen a doctor and it was lymph nodes. A week later(2 days ago) I noticed a lump (hard, immovable, no pain or tender) on my tragus. And now I notice above that ear there is a bump (penny size, immovable, painless) .. just directly above my tragus but it is on my head above my ear. My scalp also has a lump that feels bruised and also I think a sty is growing in because my eye feels bruised as well. Also, 3 weeks ago I had an eye infection (allergic conjunctivis?) And my eczema flared up really bad on my neck, face and scalp. My scalp was so bad to the point where I peel of dry skin like the ones in new born babies.. cradle cap? And had bleeding and fluid in some spits on the right half of my head. Can you tell me what is going on with these lumps and bumps?

I really appreciate your concern, the bump as you have stated here could be lymph nodes and this may not be due to any disease and your other multiple symptoms could be non specific, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something more specific could be thought here still some functional condition is very likely, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
