What Causes A Lump On The Finger After A Sebaceous Cyst Drainage?

I just got a sebaceous cyst drained from my finger atleast that's what doctor thinks it could have been lots of cheesy yellow stuff came out but came home soaked it like he said to do and tried squeezing more only drops of blood...but there's still a lump there help
