General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, usual specks wearing does not give rise to lump development over the cerebellar part particularly. Possible issue with osteoma or other bony eruptions can be thought of as it is hard and not moving (sebaceous cyst type thing would be soft and partly movable). In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do recommend an X-ray of the skull and decide further line of action accordingly. Dizziness can be related to new specks adjusting vision at times or other issues as alteration in blood pressure, sugar or else. A clinical examination during the episode of dizziness is a must for further guidance in this regard.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
