What Causes A Lump On The Head With Myoclonic Jerks?

Hello. Two years ago I had a meningioma removed (right temporal lobe). I have just discovered a largish solid lump on left side of head in alignment with top of my ear. I am experiencing severe headaches, worsening vision, myoclonic jerks and stuttering speech. Also I have been having facial twitches and pain behind my eyes. When I bend down of late a searing pain shoots down left side of head. The lump is very sore to touch and is about the size of a cherry. I would appreciate your ideas on this. Debra
