What Causes A Lump On The Head?

I have a huge lump on my head. It has been there for 3 years and does not hurt. I was told by a doctor that it was a cyst. It causes low self esteem and I can t afford to have it removed. My parents both passed away and I just turned 18. I want to know if there s any way to get rid of it from home treatments.

itisacyst, mostly sebaceous cyst. aspiration cytology study can be done and after getting result surgery can be planed.
