hi iam 26 year old weight about 56 kg male. i have a lump on left side of my neck but its not having pain,i asked to my parents they tell that its conginital,due to which my physical growth slowdown?i want to know whats its high risk,is there any other complication may occur or not

There are many kinds of lumps that may develop in the neck from enlarged lymph nodes to congenital cysts. Normally none of them should affect the growth.
You will need to have it checked and probably have an ultrasound to confirm what it is and if there is any need for further treatment and which are the possible complications.
