What Causes A Lump On The Tonsil With Chronic Pain From Ear To Neck?

I have a small lump on my tonsil flap. And it also has a little red vein looking thing connected to it. And I had okay just seen this tonight. ? And ideas what it might be?? And for about a year I have been having some pain from my left ear leading down to the left side of my neck/throat. I ve been to the doctor and I m always told its a drainage.

I think it can be abscess. It can be related to bacterial infection and it can also be the cause of ear pain. Get a direct physical examination.
