What Causes A Lump On The Upper Leg?

i discovered a large lump/knot on my upper right leg two days ago, when i put my hand on it it fits into the palm of my hand and is sore to touch, i don t know where it came from nor how i got it. i discovered it when i was showering and was tendering when i washed that particular spot, that s what got my attention.

Here as per history you are having large lump on leg....

So cause has to be searched for that....

If after physical examination it doesn't look simple bruise and if it is lump than first investigation to be done is FNAC to rule out nature of lesion based on which further management decided

Take care

Consult general surgeon for examination and further work up
