What Causes A Lump On The Vaginal Lip Along With Soreness?

I got my period this week. (Just ended yesterday) and like my vagina was sore I thought from not shaving and using my tampons and we just got home from camp and I shaved and there is a huge hard lump under the skin of the left lip (about the width of a quarter).. like u can see it kinda looks swollen but when u feel it it s a huge hard lump.. and I m kinda freaking out

it can be inflamatory folliculitis get examined by doctor and can apply hot phomantation and antiseptic cream like silver sulphadiazine. can apply betadine lotion.
