What Causes A Lump On The Vaginal Lip?

I have found a small lump on my viginal lip, its not painful, ive recently had all sti checkups and everything come back fine. i have had the lump for a few years but i think its got a bit bigger, i am too scared to go and see a doctor, Please help. Thank you
