What Causes A Lump Sensation In The Middle Of Throat?

I have been quite I ll the past few days with sore throat Headaches Dizziness and cold like symptoms but most of them are Gone now leaving a sore throat which I can barely swallow on and the feeling of a moving lump in my throat when I swallow Will it just go on it s own ?

Noted your history of sore throat, headache, dizziness and cold like symptoms which have settled well except difficulty in swallowing and feeling of a moving lump.
The entails an examination by an ENT Surgeon for the probable reasons and the proper treatment on getting a proper diagnosis.
This will not go on its own and t would be dangerous to keep this unattended and untreated in view of difficulty in swallowing:
