I am 29...
I have a lump right on the butt hole...this comes after each time i do squat class in gym...stays for a week or so and disappears...its kind of irritating...its from with in...like a small botan antena projecting right on top of my butt crack..its hard and pains when pressed...what is it...

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some piles (hemorrhoids). You should go for per rectal examination. If you have piles then you should take high fiber diet with plenty of water. Avoid constipation. Isapgul powder is helpful. If your symptoms are not relieved then surgery is the treatment of choice. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
