What Causes A Lump To Appear And Disappear On The Breast?

22 years old, female, 5 foot 4, 129lb. I take micronor (a side effect of which is that my periods have stopped for the last year or so - my doctor said it wasn't a problem). A few days ago a lump appeared in one of my breasts and my nipples are sore. This has happened before, a number of months ago, and a few days later I had a period, at which point the lump disappeared. Should I wait a few days to see if the same thing is about to happen, or go to the doctor tomorrow?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have lump in your breast and soreness at time around menstruation. It is very common. It could be fibroadenosis. You should not worry about that. It will disappear by itself. Drugs like danazol is helpful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
